PHOTOSYNTHESIS/RESPIRATION LAB - Inquiry (10/12)
Read through the lab to get an idea of how BTB can be used to indicate photosynthesis or respiration are occurring. Do some background research to determine what variables you will test and how you will design your experiment. Come to class ready to conduct your investigation. BTB, Elodea, buffers, and general lab equipment will be supplied, anything else you wish to test please bring with you to class on Friday.
